GMS Tutorial and help

.

The following materials have been designed to help you re-register your child/children at Tewkesbury Tigers as well as purchasing players and social members for the coming season.

This is a big change for us all, so we recognise that many of you may experience difficulties.  We are here to help, so if you have any queries please send us an email below by clicking on the red button, and we will do what we can to make sure we can guide you through.

If any information is missing from your dashboard e.g. a second parent please DO NOT create another account.  Send us an email and we will try and resolve the issue for you.

Please remember when you purchase a membership you select the Player membership or memberships first and place them in the shopping basket and and then the parental/guardian memberships and check out as ONE transaction.

View our help video by clicking on the arrow in the centre of the screen.

Note we are aware that some parents have reported not seeing a green box.  GMS has now confirmed that the green box is only visible to newly created accounts.   Your Dashboard will show Buy Membership and Buy Products.  Only use Buy Membership.   Please remember to select each profile for your Family to update information and select memberships.

EMAIL Note*:  We are aware of some technical issues with some emails leaving GMS not arriving in the recipient’s inbox.  Please check SPAM/JUNK email. To give the email the best chance of landing in the right place we ask you to go to the “Settings” in your own email account and add these three domain names to your “Safe Senders” list – some systems refer to this as a “Whitelist” or something similar:

(@)tewkesbury.co.uk     (@)trfc.co.uk      (@)first-sports.com

Some systems require the @ symbol to be included as part of the address whilst others do not. If you are not sure how to do this, click here to find out more

Following the changes announced by the Government on Wednesday 9 September in relation to the ban on groups of more than six people meeting socially indoors and outdoors. Although social gatherings of more than six people will be banned in England from Monday 14 September, the Government has confirmed that organised sports and activities that have been through return to play protocols can continue. With the exception of clubs impacted by local lockdown restrictions, we remain at Stage D on the Return to Community Rugby Roadmap. The rugby community can continue to organise non-contact fixtures with other clubs using Ready4Rugby and other touch rugby activity.

Please see our Clubhouse page for more information about Track and Trace and face-coverings.
